ABOUT ME

I have lived and traveled a bit everywhere. My first couchsurfing experience was in Vermont with Jesse Fenton's mom, the guy who founded couchsurfing and then sold it. That was at the beginning of a several year journey of experiencing many different people and places in America. I ended up in the SF Bay Area for a couple years. I went to London last year just because. After some months I went through France. I am now camping in an outdoor squat in Berlin.

My favorite things are getting to know people and getting them together in the spirit of community. I want everyone to have a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a simpleton and not very philosophical. I feel I don't really know anything about anything, so I'm open to different kinds of lifestyles, values, and influences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed a lot while backpacking in the States. When I have a host friendly situation I spoil my surfers rotten. It looks like I will surf again in Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started CSing 4 or so years ago. I have done it like 101 times. It's been good and bad.

Interests

I like public and community events. Any opportunity to check out some food, film, music, volunteer experience, etc are of interest to me. I love pop culture. I am also obsessed with free stuff and dumpster diving.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like stuff like chick flicks and comedies and pop music. But I'll listen or watch anything though in order to learn something or share an experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my most memorable experiences in Europe so far was being in Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival.
