Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My husband and I are looking to travel Europe in the near future. We are on a budget and need places to stay with cool people that know the area and can advise adventures off the beaten path.
Interests
We enjoy all sorts of outdoor adventures. Meeting and understanding the people and culture of whatever area we are traveling in. Keeping it authentic and real. Trust is a priority and means to a fulfilling and happy life, so we expect the same from those we share our home with.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music? As long as its makes you move and feel good. We are open to all genres. Movies...Netflix is free. We enjoy an occasional night out to the theater but mostly we just kinda cruise and enjoy each other.
Books? Well, we don't read much but I've got to say the Bible is my absolute fave:) We love History.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I paddled a traditional Hawaiian canoe across the Alenuihaha channel, between the island of Maui and the Big Island. 36miles in 6.5 hours. I did this with a group of 16, Woman and we were documented as the first women to ever cross the channel from Maui to Big Island, going against the natural current and one of the deepest channels in the world.
