I could not live without music, films or books so all three of these are very important to me. One of my favourite films is The Princess Bride however I am also a fan of directors like David Lynch, Tim Burton, Ang Lee, Jim Jarmusch and Michel Gondry. My favourite books are Alice's Adventures in Wonderland / Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, both of which must be read by everyone. For music, it would be impossible to pick just one name as my taste ranges from deep house/techno to folk and blues with lots of guitars in between. The only genres I am not too keen on are gangster rap/hardcore electro or death metal....and I am not so keen on the manufactured pop coming from reality TV. There is definitely a song/tune for every moment though and part of the beauty of life is finding the music for it.
