Since October 2018 I live on a Canadian Island, La Palma... a sudden impulsive move without a real motive, but I love it! ;)
Some little resume about myself: After my studies I worked in nice bars and travelled a lot...
Then at age of 28 I started to study to be a teacher... montessori teacher. I worked a few years as teacher in a lovely public Montessori school in Belgium.
Then a call for meditation made me change my plans... I came to spain to work as a volunteer in a meditation centre and... I felt in love with Cataluna! met lovely people here and stayed.
These 5 years I did several things... I helped a friend starting his ecological bakery, I worked in care service, helping grannies with the things they can't do anymore and last year I helped starting up a free school.
Now, I left the school , enjoying of some holidays and curious about what will be next :)

My current mission? I'm not sure ... but looks like I'm a seeder :) planting seeds, taking care of it, and when the seed is big enough that it can life by itself, I go... and plant other seeds.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Years ago, when I came to spain I made a profile on couchsurfing with the plan using it... but happened that always I found a place to sleep trough friends, people I know. So, until now, I never used couchsurfing yet.
After I settled down in the montseny, a beautiful natural park near to Barcelona.
I'm still there but now I feel like traveling again :) with the intention of using couchsurfing :)

2019... two years later... I moved to La Palma of the Canarian Islands :) I love it here! Beautiful nature and lovely starskies at night!!
I live in a big van for the moment... want to build a yurt and a three house too... I am still travelling a lot lately, so not always at home...

A lot in between Belgium, Montseny, Barcelona... and other travels ... I think the next one will be India, again, after 20 years :)

My favorites things to do are sauna and swimming, contact dance and meditation.
I also do some ceramic, yoga, love singing kirtan and spending time with friends.
I love living in nature, breathing fresh air, drinking good water and eating healthy food! Of course, I love chocolate too! ;)
