hi, my name is mikey.i feel that carrollton, GA is my home (well, i love the place). i like to travel, so i thought i would join coachsurfing & see where it takes me. i like doing alot of difference activities & developing skills of sorts. i like to cook & make a fire-ass chili (unless people have lied to me?). i have a love for music, play chess and i am also into fitness & health.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to think that i live every day like it is my last, carpe dium! My personal philosophy is called Of The Void and The Vortex. This is the idea that there are always energies and influences which will push or pull in many dierctions. There is always a path, either choose a path or the path chooses you. Myself, i would much rather choose my own way.

in my free time, i like to study & practice my taichiquan form. i will play chess with anybody. i play billards, have been thinking about joining a league. i also read alot of science fiction & fantasy.

Howl-Ye is one of my favorite bands of carrollton. They Might be Giants is one of the best bands who have lasted through the ages & still together. Cake is another favorite, along with Modest Mouse, The Venture's, Tchovskey

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the town I am from I lived in a commune and shortly after moving in I was allowed to co-direct a play of the Princess Bride, which I think is one of the single greatest movies I've seen. That has changed my life for so much, one of the many reasons I love Carrollton. I think that all of us who were involved in that project share a common bond.

I have been learning how to taichi for about 10 yrs now, I'm a bit of a sou chef in my spare time and I study herbology as well. Overall I am willing to learn anything I can and more than willing to share what little information I have
