Spending the next 5 years travelling through the UK. I love cooking, playing pool, the usual sightseeing :P
Travelling is the greatest thing, but not if you go to some resort, don't waste your time. You've got to see the country you're in for what it really is, try the local delicacies, etc. I'd love to go to India one day, specifically Amritsar, it looks gorgeous!
