Hey, name's Eric. New to the site (heard about it from a friend), but it seems like a cool idea that I could take advantage of. My place is in Chelsea, MI (about 15min from Ann Arbor, 45min from Detroit). Nice area, nice sized studio apartment right in town (block or two away from a bus stop that runs to Ann Arbor) w a bed, couch, kitchen, bathroom, living area, etc. (I've got a dog here). And I'm a pretty nice, laid-back, easy-to-get along w guy.
