ABOUT ME

A friend and I are heading out on the road for the next few months. We've converted a mini school bus into a camper van/ roadtrip wonder and are planning to go from NYC to San Fran with some stops primarily in the South West (Grand Canyon, Death Valley, all that good stuff). We're a friendly duo whose looking for a few couches/floors to crash on for a night MAYBE two. We want to meet as many people as possible on our little adventure and are totally down for picking up some fellow travelers, cause lets be honest gas ain't cheap.

As for reciprocating to the CS process, I have a lovely, comfy, hunter green couch in Brooklyn. I would love to host traveling enthusiasts or anyone who wants to hang out in Brooklyn/ Manhattan for a few days... sorry I don't do Queens or Staten Island (that was a joke for anyone who knows NYC). Anyways, I thinks this a great system, built on generosity and adventure... and that can't be a bad thing.

I've seen a kanji symbol (japanese letter) burned into the side of a mountain for Obone, the day of the dead festival.

I would love to meet some people who have a trade that is very specific to their location... something that could only be done in that climate/location. I don't know thats kind of abstract but yeah that would be cool. Besides that I love to meet travelers who can give good advice.
As for me, I've been working in the film industry in New York... I have some good stories and if I happen to be working while I have a guest I could show you a movie/tv/commercial set...MAYBE, it depends.
