Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I stumbled upon a medicine of thought that can cure addiction. I call this dishabitizatio and want to share it with couchsurfers all over the world..
I’m, author of Don’t Quit Smoking!, a practical guide to healing addictions and breaking bad habits.
I developed the 'Attending Theory of Motivation,' which explains this process scientifically as 'dishabitization'—the dissolving of habits.
I look at life as a garden: you pick the weeds so the crop can grow.
As a life coach, I guide clients to self-empowerment by dissolving bad habits using my *Intermittent Abstinences* method.
