I own a small holistic gift shop on Guåhan (Guam), collaborate with artisans, nonprofits and causes for my jewelry brand @blueambertrio , teach meditation, gemstone and jewelry making classes and like to explore inner and outer worlds!

These days, I am embracing and practicing energy medicine, learning about working with the fascia of the body and starting on my first album of original music.

Music: Hurray for the Riff Raff, Elephant Revival, The Head and the Heart, and pretty much any folk coming out of Iceland. I also love many traditional music forms, Tibetan bowls, Native American flutes and more. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to music if it comes from the heart.

Movies: Lucy, anything that makes you question the confines of reality

Books: The Alchemist, Seth Speaks, Illusions, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, anything by Kurt Vonnegut or Sadhguru.

I sorted through 15 tons of abandoned African gemstones (sapphires, rubies, emeralds, opals and more) in a back-alley warehouse in Bangkok.
