Living life in the moment and earning enough money to travel around the world!

ABOUT ME

Currently I am not able to host anyone as I am living with my sister helping her with her young son and newborn twins. I will be more than willing to answer as many questions as I can about travelling arrangments and sight seeing.

When I have time off, I like taking my dog hiking, to the beach, to the dog park, anywhere to get her out and about!
I enjoy nature very much. I like enjoying LAs nightlife from time to time. I enjoy live bands and I love to dance. Especially after a few drinks. Karaoke is a lot of fun too. I like visit local taverns and brewery's. I tried to avoid chain restaurants and stores. I support local businesses in all cities I travel to around the world. Locals are the best people to give you advice which makes me a good host because I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area! From the beaches to the mountains from downtown LA to San Fernando valley, I have been all over Los Angeles but I havent seen it all. Let's explore.

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to live life to the fullest. I want to achieve ultimate happiness and to me that means travel the world and meet people from other walks of life. I want to experience everything this life has to offer. I want to live simply in the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At first I was hesitant of the couch surfing idea but once I surfed my first couch in the Netherlands I loved the idea. Hosting couch surfers is very exciting. I wish I had more time to actively host but I do what I can when my schedule permits. My dad was a member of CS in the past which is how I got introduced.

Interests

I really enjoy extreme sports my favorite being snowboarding and cycling. I am definitely a people person. I love meeting new people in the right environment and learning the lesson that every individual has to teach me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music that gets you moving whether it’s tapping your foot or moving your hips. Upbeat and happy music is wonderful. I like instrumental and also powerful lyrics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have ever participated in was when a friend of my cousin requested to be carried to the top of a mountain in western austria for her 50th. She was diagnosed with MS in her mid 20's and always enjoy hiking before this time. She dreamt to see the top again so a group of 15 people took that journey with her. It was the most touching moment I have ever been apart of. It was a true blessing. God was definitely watching over as the sky was clear all morning and afternoon until we got to the bottom of the mountain it started raining.

Teach, Learn, Share

When I am traveling I like to spend time exploring the city with whoever is hosting me. I also like cooking with them to get an idea of their favorite dishes and to taste the culture of wherever I am.
