ABOUT ME

Hmmm...where to begin? I said in my "education" box that I want experience...well that pretty much says it all. I want to travel the world learning about other cultures different from my own. One of my goals is to become one of those really cool, wise, old people who never run out of stories to tell nor advice to give, even when they are 80. And I want to die having crossed off everything on my bucket list (yes I have a bucket list). I am a respectful person who doesn't really believe in bull shit (excuse my language) and can not stand passive-aggressiveness. If there is a problem I like to get it out of the way by being direct and to the point (in reality though, this doesn't happen too often considering I am pretty laid back and try not to let too many things bother me). I have learned this through my experiences with people. Which brings me to something I have recently just discovered...I believe that with every person we encounter we are meant to learn something but whether we do or not is entirely up to us. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% what you make of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Morocco recently with a group of friends. We stayed one night in Fez with an AMAZING family. We ate some of the best food we have ever eaten (and definitely the best of the trip). We were just passing though on this night but when we returned to actually visit the city we called up the family and they met up with us again and gave us a tour of the city :-D It was beyond AMAZING!!! I couldn't have had a better experience.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I can't say that I have done anything amazing yet. I have had some wonderful opportunities to see some really cool stuff and do some pretty cool things...but AMAZING...that is yet to come in my life.
