I prefer to accept requests from people at least 31 years old.
Please do not ask for terms more than 2 months in advance.
Preferably not more than 1 month in advance.
It is one room appartment, so if you desire privacy and loneliness it is not the place.
I like when it is cool, do not expect more than 18 centigrades in winter.
What is good about my place is that it is very close to the Center and with good connection to the airport.

I like people who are more intelligent than I am.
I am not interested in food.
Alcohol much more likely.

I've been a blood donor for many years, I have received the highest blood donors' badge in my country as one of the youngest people in its history.

I can show you the city and talk about its history and nature.
