Overview
About Me
I'm an Indian that grew up in Northeastern Wisconsin and have always loved traveling, I used to love traveling to sightsee but now I love traveling to meet people and connect with them. I'm in love with peoples' experiences and stories and hope to be able to connect with people everywhere in the world.
I'm currently doing a Masters in Global and Imperial History at Oxford and am doing a sort of Eurotrip during my break!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking for a financially doable way to travel, however, I'm still in school so I'm unable to host people. In the future though, I want to be able to host others with the same goals of traveling on a small budget.

Music, Movies, and Books
I think all music has a time and place, I don't have a favorite. Every situation constitutes a certain type of music, EVEN country.
I love Leonardo DiCaprio so my favorite movie is The Basketball Diaries. It's a movie about drug addiction and it's extremely heart-wrenching. I love heart-wrenching movies so another favorite is Requiem for a Dream.
I love historical fiction books, one recommendation I have is The Bridge on the Drina by Ivo Andric. An amazing historical fiction centered around Visegrad in Bosnia and how it transforms through different regimes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once spontaneously decided to take a road trip to see my friend in Texas. I drove from Wisconsin to Texas in one go, 18 hours later...
