Overview
About Me
I graduated in May of 2017 from UW-Madison with a bachelor of science in geological engineering. I'm passionate about a number of environmental social issues, and a huge bike advocate. I love biking, I seriously can't go a week without it anymore. I'm also a big fan of cooking and spontaneous adventures. Why not? Life's better that way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm CSing to meet new people, lower my carbon footprint, and get a more cultural experience wherever I end up. Having a warm smile is a million times more inviting than a room key!
Interests
Biking, cooking, laughing, and wandering around wherever I am. I'm a huge fan of staying in places for extended periods of time to get a local feel for the culture.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy what comes in the moment. I've read some really good books, listened to a lot of great music, and saw some amazing documentaries. I just don't remember any of their names or have since moved on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While in Nepal I was able to hike a portion of the ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) Trail, which was an amazing experience! Overall, it was one of the most breath taking experiences in my life. The calm of the mountain, the breeze blowing through your hair, and seeing the snow cap mountain peaks for a sunrise cannot even be described through words. I would beyond recommend going.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my cooking skills and some recipes! I have a wide list of classic vegetarian dishes in my weekly routine that encompass many aspects of various cultural cuisines. I also have a deep knowledge on sustainable issues and some solutions around them. I'd be more than happy to talk about local food options, and ways to lower your carbon footprint.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am always up for a friendly conversation about whatever it may be, food, meditation, alternative thinking, or just how your day was. I can be a touch shy at first, but warm up quickly :)
