ABOUT ME

I am a student at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana and I am originally from Northville, Michigan. I am currently studying actuarial sciences with a minor in management information technology. I am a huge sports fan in anything from Baseball to E-sports with allegiances to all Detroit teams and of course, the Butler Bulldogs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a student studying abroad throughout Europe this next semester, I am looking to meet some of the locals to really indulge myself in the culture and learn about what there is to do in Europe.

Intereses

When I am not studying for my intense actuarial exams, I am big on Detroit sports teams and Butler basketball. I enjoy listening to music and playing the trombone and piano. I am kind of a band geek and a math nerd. I also enjoy sitting down and playing video games especially Starcraft 2 and guitar hero. Lastly, traveling has always been one of my favorite experiences.

Música, películas y libros

I am not an incredible movie buff but I definitely enjoy a good movie date with my girlfriend. I recently saw many movies including Django Unchained, Les Miserables, The Silver Linings Playbook, and Looper and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. As for music, I am an incredible band geek and I play trombone in the University jazz band as well as at the basketball games. I also play piano on the side. My favorite bands include Muse, Rise Against, and Avenged Sevenfold but I am also a huge fan of any jazz music and theatrical charts.

I worked this summer at a Lutheran Summer Camp where I received the opportunity to completely submerge myself in god's work while also acting as a counselor to kids of all ages, facilitating a high ropes challenge course, meeting some great friends (including my girlfriend), and learning a little bit of guitar. Definitely a great experience
