Overview
About Me
As an individual In the 21st century I'd consider myself a renaissance man, although I'm no DaVinci, not yet. I'm an interdisciplinary artist with a primary focus on music composition, then paper weaving, photography and poetry. On the weekends I like to go see live music, performance art, go to gallery openings, and theatre and dance - when I can afford them.
As a guest I'm very neat and will most likely do some cleaning for ya as that's how I like it. I'm relatively quiet in the evenings and like to be able to read before bed. I stay up moderately late although you most likely won't notice, unless I bump into something in the dark.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Touring playing music and trying to make money is possible, but not probable when starting out. To even out the costs Couchsurfing is the solution when I can't crash with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Pink Floyd, Philip Glass, Frank Zappa. I enjoy most forms of music to a degree sans anything too poppy.
Movies: 2001:A Space Odyssey, El Topo, The Omen, Total Recall, The Toxic Avenger, Metropolis, Carrie
Books: I am Legend - Richard Matheson, The Notebooks of Leonardo Da Vinci, Naked Lunch - William S. Burroughs
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim with my Uncle in three days. Easily the hardest physical activity I've ever done.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to teach
I like to learn about cooking techniques, the towns I'm in
I like to share music, film, and art with others when I can.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My vast musical knowledge. If you "DJ" for me and tell me a little about what you like musically, I'll have at least a few recommendations for ya.
A new experience in your own town. I may go to places where you live you may never actively seek out. You are welcome to join if you can be open to what new things are in store.
