I try my best to strike a balance between West Coast relaxed vibes and New York City high energy, having been raised in Northern California and most recently lived in NYC post college. I come from a diverse background of Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish decent and am spiritual, but not religious... my mom was raised Catholic, converted to Judiasm and now practices Buddhism... feel lucky to have been exposed to a so many different religions and cultures growing up. I enjoy biking, playing soccer, and running until my body hurts too much, at which time I do Yoga. Being comfortable in different social situations and around all kinds of people is something I pride myself on.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I recently left my full-time job, grinding in sales at a start-up, so I could focus on developing my filmmaking/storytelling abilities, travel, and explore a different pace of life. Years ago I lived with a good friend who hosted couch surfers on our couch and I think it's a wonderful community that I would like to explore myself! And I figure I should start over the next couple weeks I'm in NYC - just sublet my apartment, but want to hang around for a little longer and hopefully find some couches to rest my head and new people to meet :)
