Hello Surfers! I am travelling the country in style in a fully converted school bus, and I'm using this mostly as a way to meet and hang out with people as I go.

I'll be able to host from time to time when I'm travelling, and especially when I'm at home in Olympia WA.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to get to know places beyond the well trodden paths of the hordes of summer tourists. Visiting during the off season, exploring the places where people live, getting to know the people who love their cities; that's the way to travel, in my opinion.

We also want to share our home and ourselves and give back to the community.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of our favorite trips was a trip to France for three weeks. We visited Paris, Nice, Lyon, and took a backpacking trip from Breil-sur-Roya through Sospel to Menton, hiking from the Alps to the Mediterranean over five beautiful days.
