Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I’m couch surfing because I love meeting new people and sharing stories. It’s really exciting to experience a new perspective and see the world in a way i hadn’t previously. I like finding the right questions that allow someone to open up and show me who they are!

I’m always surfing because I am doing some comparative research on social movements across Europe.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like to read books on politics, spirituality and philosophy. I like psych thrillers and dramatic movies too. Most of all though, I’m a big music junkie!!

I love to dance and go to live shows. I like to listen to more smooth music like jazz , soul and r&b but I also really enjoy hardcore dancing to punk, metal and edm. Some of my favorite artists are Toro y moi, Kaytranada, Amaarae, Durand Jones and the Indications, Leon Bridges, Raveena, Griz and a whole lot more!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I hiked the tallest mountain in Taiwan, jumped off a lot of waterfalls there and biked around the whole island too!

I also suffered the worst sea sickness of my life there after traveling to an island off the coast during the rainy season (it took 4 hours rather than the 2 it should’ve) and still decided to take lots more boat trips there after 😇.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I would love to learn new dishes to cook (I’m not a strict vegetarian but especially veggie ones would be cool!) I hope to see some nice ways that people keep their mind and body healthy too- for example I like yoga, meditation and flow exercises of all sorts. In general I just want to learn and share how we can all find a meaningful lived experience :)

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I always stay up to date with music so I can definitely share some new albums I’ve been listening to! I used to do circus camp and gymnastics so I have some unique party tricks and skills I can show you too. I know some cool card/board games that I like to teach as well.

I’m happy to help cook or tidy up if that’s necessary— weirdly enough i love washing dishes and sweeping lol. I’ve hosted a lot (not through CS) so I know how much a second set of hands can help out!
