Overview
About Me
A college student that really wants to get out and explore in my time off. A bonafide sarcasm extraordinaire. I'm extremely easy going (that is not sarcastic, however).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It has been highly recommended by most of the people that I have talked to that love to travel.
Interests
I really enjoy singing and making music. I am an aspiring filmmaker that loves being creative. I am also very active, enjoying volleyball, basketball, hockey, baseball, and frisbee.

Music, Movies, and Books
Big fan of all things country music. I also enjoy bluegrass/alternative, such as Trampled by Turtles and Mumford and Sons. I'm one of the biggest Harry Potter fans that you will ever meet. Quiz me. I dare you.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once spent a night by myself camped outside of the Mall of America to meet the cast of the Hunger Games a few years ago. Arrived at 10ish pm, and the doors opened at 6:30. Did not receive a meet and greet wristband, but I was awarded a wristband for the Q&A session. At this session I ended up winning the last pair of Meet and Greet wristbands with a combination of knowing obscure movie trivia, having the iMDB app on my phone, and being 6-1 in a crowd of short teenage girls. You'll have to ask me about it. It was epic. I also came across a 24-hr Subway that night. That, too, was quite epic.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to share music with my host. I don't have an incredible amount of things/stories to offer, but I love to play guitar and sing. I also really enjoy hearing about other people's lives. It is always very interesting to find out where people have been.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have an intense love of life, enjoying the little things, and respecting other people. Dick Jonkowski, a man that I have heard speak a couple of times that I have had the privilege of meeting and talking with, ends all of his speeches with the phrase, "Remember, if you ever see someone without a smile on their face, give them yours." This is a phrase that I have really taken to heart the last few years, and I believe that it has made me a much better person.
