HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to find people to stay with so that I don't have to pay for hotels when I go places. Especially when my advisor's travel funding is limited.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've only surfed on the "couches" of Seoul and Tokyo international airports (best naps I've ever had,) and my friends' couches

A Tale for the Time Being

I recently visited Taipei and saw Chuufen, which claims to be the site that Spirited Away is based on. I don't know if it's true, but it's a cool place anyways. The sight of reddish-pink lanterns in the mountain-night and the smell of stinky tofu (especially the smell of stinky tofu) made it unforgettable.
