i am trying to learn spanish, but am only just beggining. my biggest passion has to be people and food. i am a chef by trade and love to cook and learn about new foods and food cultures. I enjoy listening to music, and reading books.

Music, Movies, and Books

i enjoy reading Tolkein, Tolstoy, Jack london and loads of ather authers although my absolute hero is Terry Pratchett. i love most types of music from jazz, rock, pop, classic, electronic, punk and loads more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

so far i think the best thing i have done is camping in the highlands and lowlands of scotland and in particular on and around ben lomand and loch lomand. the scenery there is breathtaking!! i also walked the penine way in reverse from scotland to derbyshire in england which was amazing and by far the biggest challenge i have set myself so far. i also LOVE the south of spain and although i spent little time there, i know for sure that i will return there oneday soon.
