About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the entire world off the beaten path! Oh and do some hiking along the way.
ABOUT ME
Currently I am a journalist writing for "Around the Rings" about the Olympic Movement and "Once a Metro" about the New York Red Bulls. I love the outdoors and have made it my mission in life to travel the globe. I love hiking and want to do different treks on each continent. I study international politics because I want to work abroad. I also love sports! I follow football (American not soccer), Ice Hockey (my passion), Baseball, and Basketball. I currently row for Emory University and have found a passion that I hope to continue for the rest of my life.
PHILOSOPHY
"Life is for living not living uptight"
-Jay-Z
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to travel the world one couch at a time. The beaten path is so overrated. Once I settle down and have a life in the "real world" I will gladly host, but I am not at that phase of my life yet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time in my life. It's sheer immensity was pure amazement.
2. Taking the Flam railway in rural Norway to the Fjords. Such beautiful scenery in the World, I would love to come back. It's the steepest railway in the world and passes some of the most beautiful waterfalls I've ever seen.
3. Backpacking in Upstate New York with my friends and doing 6 peaks in 4 days. The hiking was a little harder than I thought, but by god it was so much fun.
Teach, Learn, Share
