About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm in Brazil to play music and make new friends all while escaping the NYC winter.

ABOUT ME

I love music and how it brings all different sorts of people together. I love snorkeling, surfing and being in the water.
I like to travel and immerse myself in different cultures and languages.
I love trying new kinds of food. I'll try almost anything. I even got to try a plate of wasps once, delicious!
I'm usually pretty laid back and mellow but I can also get very enthusiastic depending on the situation.

PHILOSOPHY

There's no one right way to do anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the moment I participate by promoting tolerance and openmindedness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't used CS much, but I'm no stranger to sleeping on couches and having people sleep on mine. I've hosted people from Spain, Australia and France. And I've slept on couches in France, Italy, Lebanon, Japan and Fiji.

Interests

surf, languages and travel, reading, films, cooking, ... many many interests.
If you can speak to me with passion, I'll have a new interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a police raid the sub-saharan Africans ran infront of moving cars on a busy street of Sevilla with their pirated CD's they were selling while I walked by calmly with 40 euros in my pocket for the English classes I'd just given. (I had no legal right to work or even *be* in Spain at the time)...maybe not really "amazing" but it made a big impression on me and I'll never forget the feeling of frustration.
