About Me
CURRENT MISSION:
To live a happy life.
ABOUT ME:
Hello CoushSurfers,
My name is Aaron Munoz. I am a full time commercial pilot living in Dallas, TX. I spent the summer before my senior year of University backpacking through Europe. That experience has led me to create this account. I love meeting new people and think that everyone has something unique to share.
I got my pilot's license back in 2011 and have been flying professionally since 2014. I love all kinds of music and have played the drums for more than half my life. I enjoy a game of Ultimate Frisbee, Disc Golf, Volleyball, and Football (Soccer). I could seriously play catch for hours.
I look forward to meeting you! Please don't be offended if I don't respond back promptly, I will try and check CS often. Feel free to send me a message anytime!
PHILOSOPHY:
Be kind to everyone.
Never waste a moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:
Well, I would love to hangout with local couch surfers. I can also have surfers sleep on my couch. I want to take the "Great American Road Trip" someday soon, and hope that fellow couch surfers will welcome me on their couch.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
While backpacking through Europe in the summer of 2013, I met this really awesome couple from The Netherlands. They were couch surfers and invited me to stay with them at a host's place. I had never heard of "Couchsurfing" until then. I had an amazing time with my new friends, and decided to give it a try for myself when I got home. So here I am!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently had the opportunity to ferry an airplane across the Pacific Ocean, from New Zealand to the United States. It was a small single engine, turbo-prop airplane. We flew from NZ, to Tonga, to Samoa, to Christmas Island, to Hawaii, to California. Since it was such a small plane, it took us about a week to plan and fly each leg of the trip. It has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life so far.
