One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent half of 2018 off-grid in the Utah desert. Saw a full moon cast a rainbow when the night sky cleared up. Oh, the storms. I miss them.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach martial arts and movement.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I make the best guacamole you’ve ever had. I can teach you some scary self-defense techniques or the soft, sensitivity-based arts. Massage is possible too. And I can show you how to make fire with sticks, along with all the outdoor tricks I know!
