To begin with, I am a travel addict... I love to go to new places... Meet local people... Eat local food... Hike mountains... Go around on a bicycle... I love to read books! That is my constant travel companion!
And being from India, I love to cook wherever I go... I always make it a point to cook something for my hosts! I have found it an amazing way to get to know each other's cultures much more deeply. And of course, a little Indian dance would be perfect!
I believe if you travel to a place, don't be a tourist. Learn. Try to live, for however short your stay is, like the locals of the place.... You don't visit a place, one must live it!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most thrilling experience was living in the border area in Kashmir in India and working with the children and the local community there! That State in India is a very unstable place! Traveling alone and living alone for 3 months was quite an experience... Everyday was a challenge and there would be constant curfews and too much army presence!!
Conducting workshops for children and youth initiatives in those conditions was an experience to last a lifetime!!!
