What do I want to be when I grow up?

ABOUT ME

I graduated from Boston University with a technical theatre design degree in lighting. I did that for about three years. Decided that it was not the vocation for me and am now trying to take all these expensive valuable skills and find an employer and trade that will be a better path.
While this miracle manifests, I am working as a barista at Easy St Records. I go to yoga and meditation as much as possible, and enjoy the good times with my wonderful friends and partners.

PHILOSOPHY

I love meeting new people and exchanging stories. Being a better person each time I can, awareness of Self, and balance in life are the things I am working towards.

I think CS is a brilliant idea and I hope that I can keep participating even though I dont have a couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive been many places in the US and abroad. Meet people I never would have before and been given a warm welcome and had fabulous experiences everywhere I was.

Interests

I am a social butterfly and hang out with many different people. I am getting back into hot yoga, love dancing (of any kind), watching movies, going to bars, I love art of most kinds, getting tied up and suspended, and exploring new things. As summer ends I will be getting back into hiking and will hopefully get to go skiing this season.

My bookshelves are packed with sci-fi and Terry Prachett and some days are spent just watching The OC.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a lot about theatre. Tons. The mechanics, the rigging, the computer boards, the drafting, oh yeah... and some of that good old art and magic too.
