I moved to Chicago four years ago for college, got a degree in theatre, and am now working as a stage manager for a children's theatre and doing improv on the side!

Now that I'm done with school, I'm going to start traveling more. I would rather stay with people I can talk to and get a taste of the culture from than spend a lot of money on a hotel room!

I'm a huge nerd. I love Harry Potter, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings... you name it! I'm passionate about theatre, and I love kids so my job is perfect for me. I'm a feminist and I love politics. I read the news every day. In Chicago I bike almost everywhere I go. I love comedy, and do improv as a hobby.

Music - I'm a sucker for cheesy 80's music, but I also love a lot of curent indie bands and classic rock.

Movies - I love movies. My favorites at the moment would have to be Forrest Gump, Juno, Secondhand Lions, Parent Trap, and August Rush.

Books - I reread the Harry Potter series every year because I'm absolutely obsessed. I could talk Harry Potter for hours. I love most fantasy and sci fi, but lately my favorite genre has been autobiographies. I've read the autobiographies of every comedian I could find, and recently I've been reading more of feminists and musicians.
