I am teaching English in a public high school in Cúcuta, Colombia. It is my first time in South America, and I hope to travel quite a bit throughout the year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting people in the online community here in Cúcuta and throughout Colombia as I travel to new places. I have stayed with some wonderful hosts and met some good friends this way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful first couch surfing experience in Switzerland. It was a great chance to make friends and learn from each other. I am amazed by the generosity and hospitality within this community. One day I hope to live in a space that can accommodate guests!

Interests

I love the outdoors whether it's backpacking, having a picnic or watching the clouds. I could spend an entire afternoon in a café with a few cups of coffee and the local radio, though there is no greater joy than live music. My favorite part of traveling is wandering through the streets with no particular destination.
