Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing to meet amazing people from everywhere, share experiences and culture, and make genuine connections that make travel more meaningful. I believe travel is about people and learning from their ways of life, not just visiting places. Couchsurfing helps me connect with locals and fellow travellers, learn about different perspectives, and grow as a person through shared experiences.

I also want to help people, because I grew up in a family where kindness and hospitality were very important. My parents were always helpful people, and from a young age our house was always full of guests and family members — and that taught me the value of generosity, caring for others, and welcoming people into your life. I try to bring that same energy into the Couchsurfing community and support others as much as I can. 🤗

I love music and culture!
I used to listen to all kinds of music, but now I mostly listen to hip‑hop from all over the world — in many different languages. I’m always excited to share songs and learn about new artists from your country too! 🌍🎧

I enjoy all kinds of movies except horror — it’s not really my thing 😄. My favorite genre is comedy because I love films that make me laugh and connect with people through humor.
