It’s Abdo, the guy from Egypt who’s still figuring out life. I’m probably the most easygoing person you’ll meet — life’s too short to argue, so I try to enjoy it to the max (Tho sometimes my mind argues with me about things like my purpose, the universe, aliens, or humans… you know, the big stuff)

Five years ago, I was obsessed with movies and dreaming of New York city. Everything seemed impossible — no money, no path, visa headaches, and no family experience with travel. Somehow, that dream came true 3 years later. Moving from my village to Cairo, then traveling to the US, was life-changing. I worked hard, balancing studies with a restaurant job to fuel my travel dreams and support my family. Every challenge pushed me further, and now I’m chasing new opportunities and experiences again.

Since then, I’ve traveled, studied, worked, and volunteered across continents. And now I’m exploring Europe through Czechia, volunteering with kids for a year! Scholarships, internships, and volunteering made it possible — though I got into only 1% of what I applied for!

For a long time, I only focused on goals, career, and the future — but I’ve realized it’s really about the journey: the friends you make, the adventures you have, and the memories you share. Travel taught me it’s not just about destinations, but the stories and connections you collect along the way!

Movies, football, tech, AI, robotics, traveling, hiking, climbing, camping, getting lost, and taking risks — that’s me. My ultimate dream? To become a cinema director and tell stories that inspire others — and by 30? To have explored every corner of the world.

I’m absolutely addicted to cinema and watching movies—it’s like my escape and inspiration rolled into one. So far, I’ve watched around 400 films, and each one has left its mark on me. Some of my all-time favorites are Cinema Paradiso, Amadeus, Dangal, The Godfather, Interstellar, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Movies are more than just entertainment to me—they’re a way to see the world through a thousand different lenses.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a Facebook post that went viral, and became the game-changer that helped me smash through huge challenges and make it to the USA. That one moment flipped everything—doors I never imagined swung wide open! In just 4 months, I've lived in the US, had an epic 4-day adventure in New York City, explored Russia, and now exploring Asia—all for free. It's been a wild ride, and I'm loving every second of it!
