About Me

I’m the kind of person who calls even the attempt to find Wi-Fi in another country an “adventure.” I love spontaneity, but only with Google Maps in hand. I know how to get lost in interesting ways, meet people in strange ways, and laugh out loud—especially when I don’t understand what’s going on.

I’m drawn to new places like a charger to an outlet—not always on the first try, but always with hope. I don’t collect souvenirs; I collect awkward stories, random dinners, and moments when you think, “Well, this is definitely not what I planned.”

I don’t always know where I’m going, but I almost always know why—to meet people, exchange ideas, and maybe learn how others live, without losing my charm, passport, or charger along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why I’m on Couchsurfing?

Because life is short, the world is wide, and hotel breakfasts are overrated. I’m here not just to find a couch, but to collect stories, drink tea in unfamiliar kitchens, and share confused laughter over cultural misunderstandings.

I believe the best way to understand a place is through the people who call it home — and maybe through their slightly lumpy guest mattress. I’m not chasing five-star luxury; I’m chasing the five-star awkward conversations that turn into lifelong memories.

I travel light: a backpack, a questionable sense of direction, and a lot of curiosity. If you’ve got a floor, a sofa, or even just a good story — I’m already interested.

And yes, I’m here for the adventure. But also for the Wi-Fi. Let’s not lie to each other

Interests

Hey there! I’m a walking language cocktail and poetic jokester all rolled into one!

Learning languages is my hobby — even if sometimes my brain decides Polish and Turkish are basically the same thing and throws a party in there. I speak Russian and Tajik, but can accidentally slip an English word at the worst possible moment — free of charge!

I love poetry, but not the boring school kind. The real deal — with soul, meaning, and a dash of humor. Sometimes I think I could be a Tajik rapper… if I wasn’t terrified of the mic.

Laws? I know them so well I can write a debt contract and then read it like a stand-up comedy routine — so everyone laughs and signs it.

Basically, I’m that weird guy who knows many languages, quotes poetry, and loves to joke even about serious stuff. If you want to have fun and interesting times — you just found your person!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I’ve ever done in my life? I once survived a Monday without screaming internally. I didn’t save the world, but I did save my breakfast from burning (almost). I didn’t become a better person, but I did become cleaner—because I washed a mug I previously called “vintage.” I left the house, interacted with other humans, and even pretended to care about how they were doing.

One time, I even went to bed before midnight. No tragedy, no drama, just like a background character in a movie quietly holding the plot together

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make tea the wrong way in seven different countries. I know how to almost not get lost in metro systems, how to pronounce complicated words in my language, and how to politely say “I can’t eat any more, thank you” with the sincerity of someone about to explode.

I’m good at listening, asking dumb questions, and being genuinely amazed by things most people take for granted — so if you’ve got something to share, I’m already mentally taking notes. For me, knowledge exchange isn’t a lecture — it’s a joint quest to find out what neither of us knows yet.

If you want to learn how to survive on no sleep, how to gracefully handle awkward situations like a falling brick, or why people voluntarily eat spicy food — I’m in.
