Hi, I’m Abdurrhman Mohamed — but everyone calls me MO!
I’m a 27-year-old traveler from Oregon, USA. I’ve been to 44 countries so far, and I’m starting a 1000-day backpacking journey around the world, aiming to explore 70+ countries with volunteering, starting Oct 22nd, 2025.

I’m passionate about budget travel, staying in hostels, and most of all, meeting people from different cultures and hearing their stories. Whether it’s sharing travel tips, exploring, cooking together, or just talking about life, I love connecting with people everywhere I go.

I’m clean, easygoing, and very respectful of people’s space, culture, and beliefs. I believe every place and person has something to teach, and I try to leave every place better than I found it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve been traveling most of my life and have been lucky to experience many different cultures along the way. What I enjoy most is meeting people, hearing their stories, and learning from their experiences.

I believe travel isn’t just about places — it’s about connections. Couchsurfing gives me the chance to meet locals, share meaningful moments, and keep learning through real human interactions

I love anything that gets me outdoors and moving — especially hiking, camping, walking, and exploring new places.
I’m also a big fan of football (soccer) and try to watch or play whenever I get the chance.
Of course, traveling is my biggest passion — meeting people, discovering cultures, and learning through experience is what I live for.
