ABOUT ME

This is a difficult task. Let's see...

When I was younger I had this idea that I'd like to live each year of my life in a different country. It hasn't worked so far, but when I do get to go somewhere I like to feel that I'm not a simple tourist. I used to take lots of pictures, but I've decided to stop because, even though it made me focus on some lovely details of life, sometimes I felt that I failed to see the bigger picture. I can't really explain it! =)

I'm quiet, I guess I'm more a listener than a talker, I just love listening to other people's stories because they inspire me and you always learn so much!

I spend a lot of energy trying to like tea (doing well) and coffee (no improvement so far). I like beer and wine, but I get drunk embarrassingly quickly...

I like dancing but I have no sense of rythm. I like dancing Spanish music from the 80s and 90s, they were so tacky that I love them.

PHILOSOPHY

I once read that if a dog is sad you could try moving his tail as if he was wagging it himself. The dog would fall under the illusion that he was happy and eventually become happy. I am not a dog. Wagging my buttocks is not the key to my happiness (that sounds weird). But, hey, I do try to keep it positive! You should, too!
I like making other people feel good.
Oh, feelings and thoughts. I have lots of those, sometimes they don't make sense, but it doesn't really matter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is the beginning of my participation. I one hosted a girl in my house because I friend could not take her in and it was a woderful experience. I thought I could try surfing and, hopefully, when I have a more permanent home, I can become an official host myself!

Languages. Really, I wish I could speak every single language in the world. It fascinates me the idea of being able to communicate with people from other parts of the world.

I can make boxes from paper sheets. My roomate says I'm full of wisdom, but I suspect that most of the time she is being sarcastic. I probably have more things to offer but I do not know what to say at the moment.
