I once fasted in silent meditation for a week.
Teach, Learn, Share
I read once of a zen master who carried a clown nose around, so that whenever he became to serious, or someone around him became too serious, he could put it on and defuse the seriousness of the situation... I now carry a clown nose with me almost everywhere I go.
