Hello there :) I am simply looking to make new friends and meet people!

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the LA area, but have lived in various cities throughout the U.S. I have a BA and MA degree in Language and Literature in Italian (go figure?!) I am of Mexican descent and for that reason I also speak Spanish. Prior to my move to Germany I lived in Mexico for two years working as an English teacher (a truly wonderful time!) Currently I am a Spanish and English teacher at a Gesamtschule and am very intrigued by the educational and social system of Germany! I am very interested in learning about cultures, language, and literature and I absolutely LOVE to eat good food! I like to have a good time and I enjoy being around other people :)

I am interested in staying with open and willing people and I am also open to letting people stay at my place (We don't have a guest-bed, but we do have a couch! I don't live in the city however, I live in a dorf and I'm not sure if visitors would find it practical? Nevertheless, let me know if you are interested feel free to get in touch with me!)

I saw Machu Picchu, I helped deliver a baby in a rural village in Mexico (pretty proud of that!)I lived by an active volcano in Puebla, Mexico (are these good accomplishments?)

I can teach English, Spanish and Italian and would be interested in a language exchange in either German or French!
