Travelling isn't just a hobby for me but rather, a life project. When I meet people I automatically tend to live, at least for some moments, my world through their eyes. I hope that through Couchsurfing, I am able to meet people from different countries in order to not just learn about their cultures but to actually “live” through their culture, their expectations, their misses…and, overall, experience as many aspects of this great, diverse world in the limited time we have.
And so when I travel to a new country/city/town, I like to embrace everything local and to discover and form an understanding of the behaviour, way of life, climate, geography, history, language, transport, food and custom of the local people in the midst of having some fun and adventure. It doesn't matter if it is a developing country recovering from decades of war or a modern developed country with advanced technology and high standard of living. I love all things. To me, travel is all about collecting people, photographs, knowledge, experiences and memories.
It is my dream to travel to the 5 continents. Although this has become increasingly hard as I approach the next phase of my life with other priorities besides travelling. However I don't think I will ever want to stop meeting people from different cultures and share with them about mine.

I always make an effort to meet up with Couchsurfers when I visit their countries. In return I make time for them when they visit Jodhpur.
