Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After my first trip solo to Bangkok, i got hooked to the feeling of learning about discovering the nuances and social intercourses of cultures and the wholesome and gratifying experience of new and interesting meeting people along the way while travelling.

I am really interested in learning about new cultures, people and broadening my perspective and nothing does that like travelling, as well as being able to host travellers while on they are on their own journeys to broaden their minds and accumulate life experiences.

I dont generally restrict myself to a genre. Although I have a soft spot for Miles Davis, Benny Golson, Sonny Rollins, Charlie Parker , John Coltrane , Buddha Bar, Hotel Costes, Massive Attack. The list is endless :)

I love reading fiction and non fiction. Some of my favourite authors are: JRR Tolkien, Chaim Potok, Leon Uris, Ray Bradbury. Endless list yet again :)

Not much of a movie buff. I prefer a book to a screen.

I dont know if I have much to teach anyone. May be a half decent recipe for something tasty :)

But I am eager to learn and incorporate from the experiences and opinions of others and share mine along the way.
