Couchsurfing is my third job! I have never surfed couches, always hosted. I have met some great people who I had the privilege of hosting and through events/ get togethers..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Always feels nice to give someone something and receive a return gift of smiles and respect.

Interests

Traveling. Window traveling. Volunteering. Taking pics. Watching people. Thinking about abstract things and alternate reality. Trying different kinds of whiskeys and dark rums. Family gossips (!)

Music, Movies, and Books

In my opinion any movie that narrates the story beautifully, artistically is a good movie. So, can't really list the genres.
I listen to any kind of music.. but I am not a fan of hard rock, metal etc. Bollywood music runs deep in my blood.. I love pop and 80s (any new wave fans?). I had tried proposing Regina Spektor.. but she turned it down and married music..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know where to start from if you ask me to list.. i will try.. i have seen two rainbows at same time.. i have seen moon rising from ocean.. i have swam with dolphins.. i got drunk and drenched under a waterfall in monsoon rains.. i have lied countless times to save my friends.. i walked in a forest where leopards roam freely.. deliberately got lost walking in cities just because it was fun.. i got kidnapped by prostitutes in New Orleans for brief amount of time (i didn't do anything, it was amazing of them to that to me).. i broke the code of a building in downtown Houston at 3 AM and enjoyed the view from the roof.. sshhh.. partied five days and five nights non-stop learnt salsa on the streets of Barranquilla during the carnival with some of the best people in the world.. escaped islands near honduras in stormy weather on a three seater plane to catch my flight to houston.. slept in a family's verandah in central america because I didn't have any place to go.. i somehow managed to leave Russia when Lufthansa went on strike on the day my visa was ending by buying tix 1.5 hour before the flight............ to get stuck in no-man's land in dusseldurf (no visa). . tram party in milan...
