ABOUT ME

I am a Final Year Computer Science major studying in Singapore! I love to travel and discover the lesser known sides to new places by meeting local people and experiencing the true flavor of a city.

I also make good Indian food and if you want, I would love to share the secrets behind an awesome Indian meal :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about CouchSurfing from my friends who did it when they were travelling around. As soon as I heard about it, I was excited and made this profile the very next day. I hope to experience it first hand and would love to share my culture and experiences with you

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am newbie to the community but I'm really excited to Couch Surf in various part of Europe later this year. Hope to meet some great people!

Sports - Soccer (I am a die hard Arsenal fan), Cricket (most of you would not have heard about this sport, but you'll be amazed to know that one game can last for 5 days in this sport. Would love to share more with you about this interesting sport when we meet!), Table Tennis, Badminton

Music - I play the guitar (though very irregularly and mostly for leisure) and I mostly listen to different genres of rock, progressive rock being my favorite. I'm a big fan of old classic rock too!
'Porcupine Tree' is my personal favorite band but I also enjoy other bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Incubus, Scorpions, Eric Clapton, Dire Straits, Blackfield, Simon and Garfunkel, Pink Floyd, Guns and Roses, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin

Additionally, I also enjoy House and Techno music.

I also enjoy adventure sports and the best one I've done so far is Para Glide amongst the Swiss Alps which was just breathtakingly beautiful. I also hope to go Sky Diving later this year.

Travelling is one thing which I enjoy a lot and I hope to visit all 7 continents (including Antarctica!) in my life. So far I have covered 3 which includes Asia, Europe and North America.
