I'm a simple down to earth guy who likes traveling to unknown places and making friends. I'm an Indian studying in the United States, and a real nerd too! I'm also a very outdoorsy-kind-of-guy.

PHILOSOPHY

Knowledge not spent in helping your fellow man is of no value. A life not spent in helping others is a life wasted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Newbie to Couchsurfing! I was told about it from a good friend and current couchsurfer, April Welch.

Interests

Love reading, spending time trekking, camping, climbing trees, photographing wildlife. I'm a big fan of Bar Grylls.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love fantasy. I am a big fan of the Harry Potter, Lord of the Ring and Eragon Series. I also love reading non-fiction, especially about science, especially about the history of science and mathematics.
The Alchemy of Air by Hager is one of my favourite books.
I'm into classical music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been skydiving!
Also, I have participated in Habitat for Humanity's Collegiate Challenge for two years now! I find it the most gratifying way to spend a week.
