Overview
About Me
An adventure enthusiast and outdoor educator, I am presently country trainer for Mountain Sports vertical for Decathlon India.
Passionate about travel, mountains and adventure, crafting new memories and friends along the way. Just starting to use the platform here as I restart my escapades in the high Himalayas.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a traveler I have always found kindness from strangers in some of the remotest corners, which are to day disconnected from the mainstream. Imagine villages without road connectivity, electricity and installed water supplies. These little acts of kindness have been close to me. I will be fond to repay this kindness by being a host to people from across the world in the Indian Capital City.
Interests
Outgoing. Adventures. Unplanned trips. Harmonica. Live Music. Local Wines. Long walks. Conversations. Reading. Photography.
Music, Movies, and Books
Western classics are a go to. A Spielberg sci-fi or a Nolan epic always sets the tone. When It comes to music I am always open to explore. Between Qawwali of Dilli gharana, and Pink Floyd a lot of ground has to be covered.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked 6 valleys in Cappadocia in a day. One of the most mesmerising experiences I have had.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can always help plan a Himalayan adventure at a moments notice. As a History student I have a key understanding of the monuments of Delhi and can always accompany on a weekend to some of the most iconic places in the city.
Countries I’ve Visited
France, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates
