I am an Indian currently living in Aveiro, Portugal. I am doing my research here in the university. Apart from my work i love travelling,nature, meeting new people and understanding their traditions and cultures. I am also a lover of new cuisines. I am open to new experience in life and this was the main reason for me to move to Europe. I admire people who are open to different cultures and i love having conversations about our countries, cultures and experiences with them.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

The main reason of me to join couch surf is to understand the city i travel and not just see it. Most of the times i used to visit cities just from over the surface and not really blend into the culture which exempted me away from fully enjoying the experience. Therefore, i do not want to miss any chances now to enjoy my travel to the fullest.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Made friends with people who do not speak my language, do not eat the type of food i eat, do not have the same skin color, do not understand my culture and other differences. But the effort which i and the others put to cross every barrier and build the friendship was just awesome. Now being an Indian which is completely opposite to Europe in every way, i have friends from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Germany, Norway, Slovenia, Czech, Austria, Brazil, Oman, Dubai and some places whose names i am forgetting. I think this can come under 'Amazing thing i have done'.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I am still learning many things. But i have lots of experiences which i would love to share. Many of my friends usually ask me questions on topics of Hinduism, Buddhism, Buddha, Taj Mahal, Spirituality, Yoga, Population, Krishna, Holi festival, Chicken curry, spicy food, etc,. Fell free to ask anything. I would be glad to share my thoughts.
