My name is Abi, I am a 25-year-old originally from England but emigrated to Australia with my family aged 12 and Kris (26) is my boyfriend who originally comes from New Zealand and also emigrated to Australia where we met 8 years ago. We have been travelling since March 2017 now! We have loved every minute and meeting incredibly interesting people along the way.

We arrived in the USA on Oct 16th after spending a couple of months in Canada doing a Workaway. We have a flight booked to New Zealand for Dec 6th but there is so much to see and try to squeeze in before we go.

I know it must not be reassuring that we have no previous Coachsurfing reviews because we are new to this. If it would give you please of mind (confirmation that we are normal) then we are happy to send you employer references, Workaway references or character references.

Abi:
I have completed a degree in architecture with my main interest being sustainable design. I enjoy exploring the worlds architecture and learning about what makes it unique, authentic, functional, beautiful and enjoyable.

Currently working as, a supply high school art and design teacher

Studied a minor in interior design and urban and regional planning.

Kristin:
I have worked as a landscaper, construction laborer and helper
Experience in making furniture, planter boxes, nesting boxes and hedgehog homes
Involved in the excavation and constructed of an outdoor amphitheater seating 2000 people
