I am from the Pacific Northwest of the USA. I grew up in a folk music and dance community, play fiddle, sing, call contra dances, craft, write postcards, and visit pals.

I want to eventually go back to school to study languages, but for now, I'm working at a badass org that runs women's empowerment programs. Throughout it (it meaning life I suppose) all, I want to learn as much as possible, continue my worldly adventures, and connect with fellow humans (and non-human animals too!)

Intereses

I love people, music. Dancing and many types of movement. Climbing trees is the best, and I think perhaps i’d like to be an arborist.

I make amazing paper snowflakes, knit fluffy, soft things. I like making things and have dabbled in many crafts. Tend to find a lot of relaxation and joy in my kitchen, and just made some homemade limoncello!

There’s little i’m not interested in, which means sometimes I can barely keep up with myself.

I love film, music, and literature. Ask me more, I love discussing all of the above.

My most recent read was Demon Copperhead, by Barbara Kingsolver. Yikes! So beautiful and devastating, and funny at parts too.

Algo increíble que he hecho

One summer solstice, I woke up at 4am, biked 25 miles to work, worked 10hrs clambering over fallen logs on an island searching for invasive plants, got home at 6:30p, rallied and organized a big ole camping trip with ab 15 pals, scaled a chain link fence, cut my leg, and almost fell into a tide pool (completely sober haha). Which is to say that sometimes my own energy astounds me.
