About Me

Hi, I'm Abi and I come from Ecuador, I'm currently living in Vienna for studies. I'm going to start my master's degree in Architecture. Now that my study is quite relaxed and I have a lot of free time I want to travel more around Europe.

I love cooking and most of all trying recipes from different countries, I love reading poetry, art and architecture, as well as playing sports and being outdoors. I consider myself a very relaxed person, very sociable and friendly.
I love meeting people from all countries, learning new languages and traveling!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to get to know new places, cultures and languages, so the best way to do it is through people. Now that I have traveled and lived alone abroad for some time, I know that the best travel experiences I have had are when I have met good and amazing people. I am simply open to the opportunity to make new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the coolest things I have done is to go to the Galapagos Islands in my country Ecuador. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the experience of just going to the beach and being surrounded by a huge amount of sea lions is unique.

Also, I am proud to say that at the age of 15 I swam 3km across Lake San Pablo in Ecuador at 16°C. It was scary but at the end I can have a story to tell.

Teach, Learn, Share

Spanish is my mother tongue, but I am also fluent in German, so if you are interested, it would be a pleasure for me to teach you a little more of these languages.
I also have very tasty vegan and vegan-Ecuadorian recipes to share!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I gladly bring sweets and snacks from Vienna and handicrafts from Ecuador.
