My name is Abby DiGeorge, I am a theatre major at Oglethorpe University with a minor in Business Administration, I am currently studying abroad at Oxford University! Studying abroad has been such a joy & I cannot wait to explore the world!
I know everyone says this, but I love meeting people. I think that what will make my backpacking trip even better will be meeting really genuine, nice people that are willing to help me out with finding my way! I am an actor, therefore I would say I am a storyteller.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: most profiles probably say this but I really like everything!! Recently, I've been into Banks, The Beatles, Beck, Neko Case, Beyonce, JayZ, Rudimental, Lianne la Havas, Janelle Monae, Disclosure, James Blake, Jamie Cullum.

I'm a movie watcher! I love movies so much I think they are a great outlet of escape. I just finished watching the Harry Potter movies again for the first time in a while, it was so fun watching them while at Oxford. Other movies that I really enjoyed included the recent movie Wild with Reese Witherspoon, really inspired me as I travel. Favorites include: Forrest Gump, Cast Away, Secondhand Lions, Stardust, The Princess Bride, Up, Black Swan. Those are just a few :)

I have been reading for school for so long, and here at Oxford it is hard to get pleasure reading in. Lately, I've been reading a lot of plays by playwrights ranging from Shakespeare to Tom Stoppard! Ask me more about books later!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Well, I live in New Orleans, and if you watch the news you probably remember Hurricane Katrina. My house was completely flooded, and my family and I evacuated the storm and moved back and we are still able to call New Orleans our home, despite its devastation from the Storm! I'd say thats amazing.
Besides that, I believe that I have amazing experiences everyday, weather it be a random act of kindness to or from someone else, or a beautiful sky.
