About Me

Hi,I am from Srinagar, Kashmir born and raised on the beautiful Dal Lake. I run airbnb properties in Srinagar , a family legacy that’s been welcoming travelers for three generations. Our tagline says it all: "Come and discover our hospitality."
I’m a laid-back person who loves meeting people from all around the world. I’ve traveled across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, so I understand how exciting and sometimes challenging travel can be. That’s why I enjoy helping travelers feel at home in Kashmir.
I’m passionate about Kashmiri culture and always happy to share local stories, show you how to paddle a shikara, or guide you on treks and adventures around the valley. If you enjoy Bollywood movies, deep conversations, or just a good cup of Kahwa by the lake, we’ll probably get along well( lost my old CS account had many beautiful reviews)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing to connect with kind souls from around the world, to share stories, smiles, and the warmth of Kashmiri hospitality. Every traveler brings a new perspective, and I believe these exchanges make us richer in spirit.

Interests

I’m drawn to soulful connections, nature’s quiet wisdom, and stories that touch the heart. I find joy in sharing the peace of Kashmir and learning from every traveler I meet

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy music that touches the heart songs like Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai remind me of life’s journey and emotions.
Books by Khaled Hosseini, Paulo Coelho, and Rumi inspire me deeply they speak of love, struggle, and the beauty of the human spirit.
I love meaningful Bollywood films that stay with you long after they end—those that make you feel, think, and grow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once watched the sunrise over the snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas while floating quietly on Dal Lake it felt like the world had paused in silence, just to breathe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to paddle a shikara, understand the beauty of Kashmiri culture, and make a perfect cup of Kahwa.
I’m always eager to learn about your way of life, your language, and what gives your soul peace.
I love to share stories, smiles, silence, and the simple joys of living by the lake
